Article 1: Scope of Application

Article 3: Liability to Third Parties

In cases where Users cause damage to third parties by using the Websites, said Users shall be responsible for settling the dispute directly with the relevant third party and for providing any compensation for said damage at their own expense and shall hold LION SPECIALTY CHEMICALS inculpable in all regards.
